Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Fragarte, we care deeply about your satisfaction and want every product you receive to delight your senses. Our team takes pride in crafting high-quality soaps, body mists, and perfumes that are thoughtfully formulated, carefully packaged, and promptly delivered.

However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our returns and exchange policy carefully to understand how to initiate a return, what items qualify, and how we aim to make the process smooth and transparent for you.


General Return Guidelines

Due to the nature of personal care and fragrance products, we accept returns and exchanges under specific conditions only. We kindly request that customers go through the product descriptions, ingredients, and fragrance notes before making a purchase, as scent preferences can vary from person to person.

You are eligible for a return, replacement, or refund under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • The item delivered is incorrect or missing
  • The product was delivered past expiry
  • You had a quality-related issue reported within 48 hours of delivery

Please note: We do not accept returns for reasons related to personal dislike of fragrance after usage or mild allergic reactions, unless there is an underlying issue with the product’s quality or labeling.


Return Eligibility Checklist

To ensure your request is processed smoothly, kindly ensure that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The product is returned within 7 days of delivery
  • You provide proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or confirmation email)
  • You include clear photos or videos of the item in case of damage, incorrect delivery, or quality concerns

Returns sent back without prior approval from our customer service team will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used soaps, perfumes, or body mists
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Items without original tags, seals, or packaging
  • Free gifts or promotional items

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

We’ve made it simple for you. If your order meets the return conditions, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at [Fragarte0004@gmail,com] within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Use the subject line: Return Request – [Order Number]
  3. Include your full name, order ID, a brief explanation, and supporting images or videos if applicable.
  4. Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 working days.

If approved, we will share the return shipping details and next steps. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a refund, exchange, or store credit as per your preference.


Refunds

Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned product. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or digital wallet after we receive your bank details. We are unable to offer cash refunds for COD purchases.


Exchanges

If you’ve received a damaged item or the wrong product, we’re happy to send you a replacement. We do not offer exchanges for opened products or fragrance dislikes, but we’re always here to help you choose a product that may better suit your preferences for your next order.


Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, wrong item), Fragarte will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to customer choice (unopened product but no longer needed), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
